I guess it’s a good value for the money. It’s easy to swallow. I’m guessing it’s good for your immune health. It’s definitely good for your breath. Oregano oil is good for your health. As far as liver health goes I don’t know. It’s probably good for your liver health, but it was easy for me to take and The thing with oregano oil is it can be potent and Bernie, but this was not potent and Bernie it actually I took it with food. It was fine. I didn’t have any adverse reactions or anything that was great.

It is a little higher dosage milligrams than I am used to but it works as it should. A little repeat sometimes and can irritate my belly if taken for too many days in a row.

I find that taking them with coconut oil instead of water is better. They don't leave any aftertaste or burning sensation in the throat that way.
