This hair treatment did make my hair feel smoother and softer after use. Moreover, using it did not require much more effort that using a regular conditioner. You simply apply this treatment to clean, damp-dry hair, then wait five to ten minutes before rinsing it off. The consistency is slightly thicker than regular conditioner, but not so much it becomes difficult to work through your hair. The fragrance for this is light and neutral. Honestly, I believe anyone could use this. My hair, which is fine and color treated, did look and feel noticeably better after only one treatment with this product. While I cannot promise everyone's unique hair will respond the same way, if you are someone looking for ways to improve the texture of damaged hair, I would definitely recommend trying one tube of this to see how much it can do for you.
