Dark and delicious
I was surprised with how much I like McCafé French Roast Dark Roast Ground Coffee. The flavor is bold and rich without being bitter, and it has that deep, smooth taste you expect from a good dark roast. It brews consistently well and fills the kitchen with yummy smells. I also appreciate that it’s easy to find and reasonably priced compared to other dark roasts with similar quality. It’s not overly smoky, just well-balanced and satisfying. Yuuuum!!!!

best coffee purchase in a long time
VERY flavorful. this french roast is robust yet smooth. this hits all my taste buds in the right places. this was a 1st time buy for the mccafe french roast, but i would definitely buy this again.

YUM!
This is my favorite coffee! It has the best and deepest flavor. I'm not saying it's totally worth the cost, but sometimes one has to splurge. I have no other real vices, so I guess great tasting coffee is it.

Good rich flavor. Love alone or to mix with premium McDonalds blend coffee.

No coffee is better than French roast in France or Italian roast in Italy. However, this does make a good cup of coffee.

My go to dark roast: Rich, Smoky, and Consistently Delicious
I really like the dark roast McCafe French Roast that I have been drinking. It smells deep and toasty, which makes you think it will be a strong cup of coffee. The brew has a full flavor with a smoky base and hints of dark cocoa. It tastes good whether you drink it black, with milk, or with sugar. McCafe cares about quality, so they roast their coffee in a controlled manner to maintain consistent flavor. The beans used to make the coffee are all Arabica. The product comes in a large 29-ounce resealable canister. This is great for families and people who drink it a lot. It is easier to use and tastes better than smaller packages. I drink it every day! McCafe competes well above its price range because it tastes just as good as more expensive options. Customers can be sure the company is doing what's good for the environment and farming communities because it promises to source responsibly. You get more value from this coffee than you pay for it. The big canister holds a lot of servings, and the taste is just as good as that of more expensive dark roasts I have had.

It's good
Not a bad roast. The medium was too thin. But the French roast is smooth and tasty. I'm not a coffee snob. It's better than Folgers
