This is hard to find in grocery stores where I live in California even though they seem to have all kinds of other basics for southern Louisiana cooking. This is a must have for shrimb, crab, corn on the cob, small whole potatoes, etc. I'm from Louisiana and this helps me experience a little bit of home a few times a year :)

The combo was perfect—tons of flavor, solid heat, and the crawfish came out just right.
