Great toy unfortunately, my dog doesn't understand toys yet

This is probably the 5th or 6th time we’ve purchased the BarkButler Aly the Gator since our German Shepherd, Bhallu, was a pup. He’s over three years old now, and this has remained his absolute favorite toy throughout. Each toy has lasted anywhere from 6 months to a full year, which says a lot about its durability considering how tough German Shepherds can be on their toys. The squeaker and crinkle paper keep him entertained, and the soft yet sturdy fabric holds up much better than most plush toys we’ve tried. What makes it extra special is that Bhallu insists on having one in every spot he likes to sit—almost like his comfort buddy. It has become a constant part of his daily life. Easy to wash, durable, and clearly dog-approved—highly recommend for medium to large dogs!

I don't know what has happened to this brand. They used to sell such good plush toys like Jerry Giraffe & Boh the bear but now the design and materials used is easily torn. Disappointed....hope they go back to the original offerings. EDIT : Soon after posting this review, I was contacted by the sellers who took the time to hear me out & redress my complaint. I'd bought 2 other toys from them, which unfortunately resulted in the same experience, however that too was taken care off by the sellers who were kind enough to not just suggest age appropriate toys for my pup from their collection but also refunded the entire payment for all the 3 toys. Now this is what you call Customer Service !!.... thankyou so much. Looking forward to shopping from your new collection.

My girl loved it. She's a dog which can rip apart any toy but this toy has surprisingly held up.

Poor quality product, dogs tear in few minutes. Product is non refundable, I bought two different toys, my dog tore one. Realised the quality is poor wanted to return unpacked toy but I could not due to non returnable policy. Please don’t buy this cheap product else you make cheaters grow their business.

Though a bit costly but my puppy dog really loves to play with this squeaky monkey toy

This is the second purchase of the same toy, bought the first one in 2019 the quality and material was superb.. The recent purchase, it hardly lasted few days, disappointed with the cloth that was used..
