Seems to keep haematocrit under control
the main reason I take this is to keep haematocrit levels under control in between blood donations. Of course the other advantages of this flavonoid is a great. I get blood work done every 6 months and I'm confident these have contributed to my blood work coming back well. Of course, nothing can replace a good diet - I don't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks, and eat good quality food - but sometimes you need a helping hand.

These really knocked the hell out of my blood pressure. Be careful if you're taking meds for your BP, there may be an interaction. I bought these to normalize my Hematocrit, but I haven't been retested yet.
