A word of warning, don’t drill the hole too big. I made that mistake and the expanding bit at the bottom just doesn’t grip and spins round. Once I drilled a smaller hole absolutely brilliant. I’ve used these to bolt down fence post brackets on a brick wall and they’re solid as a rock. Drill a much smaller hole then keep going up a size until they go in but tightly.

It is cheap and smaller than my expectation. Would work in concrete… but not in aerated blocks

Bolts look good quality and very strong but I'd recommend drilling a 21mm hole so slightly bigger than bolt and using some anchor adhesive as well
