Bake Knob In The Face Of Absolute Numbing Nihilism

Viking replacement temperature bake knob
My Viking replacement temp bake knob will be returned. It was just delivered today 8/24/25 The knob goes as far as 350 to the right. Then you must switch & go left to go past 350. You can not turn the dial to go all the way as a correct knob should work. Also, no broil, nor clean markings on the knob. It is definitely not a genuine Viking knob…made in China! Dissatisfied to say the least. FRUSTRATING!!! & inconvenient to return

Works, but limited
I really wanted a set of white knobs to replace the worn ones we had. Black seemed to be the only reasonable alternative. This knobs is easy to read and the markings are accurate enough. Unfortunately it does NOT mark the "Broil" position beyond the 500 mark. We've had the stove long enough we'll remember the Broil, but others may not.

As advertised
These fit our Viking range - easy install. Just make sure to get the correct ones. They look nearly identical to the originals. Hopefully the ink on them will last longer than the stock knobs.
