Basic concept but they work
It's kind of hard to describe these, they're pretty basic. They do exactly what they're intended for. They fit on the pipe and still swing, and I can hang my targets from them. I haven't hit one, so I'm not sure how well they'd hold up to that but the idea is to NOT hit the hangers. I'm pleased with them.

Nice diy target range holder
Its a fun little product that you build to hold steel targets for shooting. You do need to buy the tubing. I bought 2 10ft 1in emt tubing. Spent about $45.00 on the tubing. Total cost was about $70.00. For the product and tubing. It about an hour to measure and cut the tubing. And drilling holes. I followed their build plans. Assembly is easy once you start to build it. You slide the hooks and leg assembly on to the cross member. Very sturdy once it's all set up. Haven't been to the range with it yet. Have enough room to hang 5-6 targets depending on size and shape of steel targets.

Does the Job
They work for holding steel targets. One did break after using being shot in the same spot several times.

Worked as described and seem well made. I would purchase again if necessary.

Perfect for budget shooting
No issues with deformation, holds up great, can’t confirm if it’ll take any types of rounds I might have shot it a few times with rounds ranging from .22lr to 7.62x39 as its got plenty of marks on it but this was also far out where it’s hard to inflict substantial damage. Handles lead splash just fine and that’s the important thing, just dont shoot your stand like a dork and it does its job.
