I bought another brand at the local ski shop. Did not work on some skis, and broke after a couple of uses. This so far works on all skis, is easy to use, and seems very durable. I bought a second one as I have several grandchildren trying to learn this year...

These make it easy to teach my boys to ski. I don't have to worry they will split their legs and break their hips. And it enforces good habit of the "pizza" shape while going down a green run.

Kids didn’t use them a ton, but was super helpful when they started. A must have for beginners, especially those under 5.

Made such a difference in our son, getting down the magic carpet slopes. He was more confident, stayed standing, and kept toes together.

I’m a professional ski instructor and needed these quickly for a four-year-old regular. They were in stock and delivery was prompt. They work great, but I really prefer the spring clip style, which are so much easier to take off for the lift ride and reattach at the top of the hill. Bending down to screw these off and on is just plain tiresome…and they do leave tiny divots in the skis that is purely cosmetic damage, but that might matter to a particular skier in training.

These products in combination helped my 4 year old enjoy our day on the mountain!

After teaching my own children, nieces, nephews, and a granddaughter, I finally purchased the Edgie Wedgie for my 4 yr old granddaughter who struggled to keep her tips together. Within two days of skiing she developed the muscle memory to wedge on her own. Now we only use it as a confidence booster as she attempts steeper terrain, even though she is capable to succeed down the steeper slopes on her own. Be sure to detach one side and attach that clip to just one ski (to prevent losing it or having to store in your pocket) to give ease to walking on flat surfaces to the lift, lodge, car, etc.

Using the edgie wedgy helped my five year old gain confidence. He quickly advanced using this device! A harness with leash is a nice companion learning aid.

Overall very good product. I think people complaining about it cracking really used all strength to tighten it. you really don't need it tight very hard. It won't fall off. I really liked thise. 1 star less because I barely touched them with edge of my skis and they just sliced in half. Luckily it was already 3rd day of training so my daughter did not need it amymore. Otherwise full 5 stars.

I think this is a good idea to help kids learn how to start skiing. But this tip connector really depends on your skis. If there is a hole on your skis, it should be great, otherwise, easy to lose it

We used the Edgie Wedgie for our ski outing this year where our 7yr old was learning how to ski. It allowed him to develop good form quickly while also inspiring confidence. The tool attaches easily and stays put, though I did check it frequently. Very helpful, and will be a great reminder for him when we start again next season.

Sub-par quality. Broke within seconds of trying to use it for the first time. Threw it in the garbage right at the ski hill.

It was not worthwhile because it easily take off...
