JUST STARTED MY SECOND BOTTLE OF THESE AND AM JUST TAKING THIS ONE WITHOUT THE TOTAL FOCUS WITH IT - LIKE I DID THE FIRST 3 MONTHS I USED THIS PRODUCT. I CAN, DEFINITELY, TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY RECALL, FOCUS, AND MEMORY. I WOULD SUGGEST THESE 2 NOW PRODUCTS TO ANYONE WANTING TO IMPROVE THEIR RECALL, FOCUS, & MEMORY. AT 69YR OLD, I TAKE ALOT OF SUPPLEMENTS. AND THESE REALLY SEEM TO WORK! PRICES ARE MORE AFFORDABLE THAN MOST BRAIN SUPPLEMENTS. AND, BEING ON A FIXED INCOME, THIS IS ANOTHER HUGE PLUS FOR ME. SO. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN UPTAKE WITH YOUR RECALL, FOCUS, AND MEMORY, THESE JUST MAY HELP YOU, TOO. GIVE THEM A TRY....FJB! UPDATE: JUST BOUGHT A LARGE BOTTLE OF THESE BECAUSE THEY WORK FOR ME. BEING 70, SOMETIMES I HAVE DIFFICULTY REMEMBERING THINGS. BUT WITH THESE IN MY SYSTEM, I TEND TO REMEMBER A LOT BETTER. IF IT'S SOMETHING THAT CONTINUES TO ESCAPE FROM ME, JUST A FEW MOMENTS THINKING ABOUT IT BRINGS WHATEVER IT IS TO THE FRONT OF MY MIND. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH TAKING THESE. IT TOOK TRYING MANY DIFFERENT ONE BEFORE I, FINALLY FOUND ONE THAT WORKED WITHOUT PAYING AN ARM & A LEG!! GIVE THEM A TRY......FJB!

I cannot really tell if this is or isnt working. I have changed a lot of things like getting a cpap for better sleep, which ive noticed has changed the clarity of my thought, but I started taking this around the same time too. I also take a lot of other vitamins that are aimed at increasing brain function. So I cannot say this alone has helped but I definetly dont think its hurting

Good product will buy again

This supplement along with a few others helped me get through a super intense training (cramming), for a very rewarding job. I retained so much information, and recieved positive feedback on my performance. I also took Omega 3s. Our mind is a powerful tool. This supplement is affordable and effective. I will be repurchasing as I am about to "elevate" my life again, and I need to concentrate and be as strategic as possible! I didn't have any adverse reactions.

Just started it so far so good I trust NOW products

I tried three bottles and did not notice any difference. I was disappointed.

It took about three days before I noticed a difference. But once I did I noticed that I was more mentally Sharp. I had more mental focus overall. I needed much less caffeine. I seem to have more mental stamina and be able to multitask a bit better. As a weird side note I slept a lot better during the use of this stuff. I would say this works just as good or better as products costing twice to three times the amount. Instead of focusing on stimulants that focuses on on substances known to help prevent the brain from damage and to repair past damage. It is in no way an upper or a stimulant. If you are looking for something to give you the mental Edge over co-workers fellow Sports enthusiasts and competitors this is the substance for you.

It’s totally meaningless product. Don’t buy. It’s work all opposite which mentioned on the product. Zero performance. Fell too much dizziness sleepy stomach upset.
