I bought the SC9992 shoe rack from Amazon, and it is honestly the best shoe rack you can get in this price range. The pricing is very reasonable, and the quality is surprisingly good. The delivery experience was smooth, and the material feels solid and durable. The accessories provided, such as the screws and door hinges, were of top-notch quality. We assembled the rack on our own. Although an instruction manual was not included initially, we contacted customer care and they shared the manual within the same hour. That quick support really impressed me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Definitely worth buying. It is made in Malaysia fyi

Good product but difficult installation for me
It is a good product and I love the style and the make. Products-wise, I am really satisfied. However, the installation was difficult. This is a DIY product or you can book installation for additional amount. I got it installed locally through a carpenter and it was hard to understand the instructions given in the paper. There were tons of screws and nails of different size and some of the screws did not fit in and I had to get my own screws. I also request the company to work on giving access to video tutorial. It took my carpenter half a day to install this. Those who can, should opt for their installation at an additional cost. This can also work as a cute little storage box.

This is very elegant and nice, it serves a purpose for a family of 4.. it is easy to assemble. Over all a very nice product..

Good for the price
Overall good product. Great customer support. Sturdy for use. Nice dark wood color. Few things to note: > Some parts should come with screw holes, or maybe it was just my piece delivery. > Back panel can be more stiff. > Adjust the door hinges properly. Been using a month, for shoes and storing light weights on top, so far so good. For the price point, its good.
