Q: Why is this one £20 more expensive than what look like the same item? Does it do more? They have the same music playing when drawer open

The design of the item has been used for mass production by different makers. Typical of Chinese manufacturing. In theory the item is identical but some makers are better than others. Finding the best among hundreds of makers is like a lottery. I wouldn’t bother.
