I like to add this to my beef stew. It adds flavor and thickens the broth. But it is very high in sodium, so watch that.

The Best Seasoning In The World?
OK.... FYI, I'm biased. I was first introduced to this seasoning back in the 70's when I was about 7 or 8. If you're Kenyan, this is your ultimate "go-to" seasoning. It hasn't changed a damn thing in over 50 years and hence the 5 star. Keep Royking Royco!!.
