Beautiful recliner. Came just as described. Well made. Works perfectly. Very comfortable. Definitely big enough for wide(er) bodies. Ultra Easy to put together. Excellent communication with the seller. A+++ all around. HIGHLY recommended.

I am so unhappy with recliner because the arms on recliner are so loose they move side to side easily and it arrived broken it left side is all loose for what i payed i am so unhappy

Came with one arm completely unattached. I do not expect this when I spend this kind of money on a product touted by the manufacturer to be of high quality. It absolutely ticks me off that I either have to try to attach it myself or ask for another one to be sent to me that is properly assembled. I also read another review that had the exact same issue. I’m 65 yrs. old and handicapped and don’t feel like getting down and fiddling with tools and screws for fixing something that shouldn’t be a problem to begin with. Help!!

The armrests on this chair need to be more stable when used a lids for storage. Otherwise, chair is easy to assemble. Good construction except for the armrests. Comfortable. Quiet motor.

Likes - Recliner has 3 USB ports. One sits in the control panel & the other two in the armrest compartment. There also a 3 prong receptacle located in the armrest compartment. Both armrests open up for storage and are supported by strut shocks. The chair moves forward of the base when reclining, Thus you can place closer to walls. The head rest is adjustable, A nice feature. The recliner has good balance and if needed you can adjust the legs if necessary. The control panel also has a return to close button that sets the recliner back to Normal. Dislikes - The armrests unfortunately are the weakest link. If you lean on them or try to move the chair by the armrest, you will deform the armrest from their position. The seat cushion sinks way below the back rest portion and Items from your pockets to remote controls fall thru the sides and this requires you to move the chair to retrieved them. At the end of the day this Recliner is well suited for us Home Theater aficionado's who want a seat will lots of functionally and comfort, low cost and practicality. I hope the designer of the recliner redesigns the armrest with a lock mechanism to stabilize the armrests. I like the chair and will try and to stabilize the armrests using Velcro. Its really a idea away from perfecting the design. Update I have this recliner several months and I have found a flaw in the arm rest structure. The left armrest and sub structure are not well finished, in that the upper left side is deformed at where the padded armrest meets the solid portion of the armrest rest structure. I find the Faux leather to cause sitting in a reclined position unstable. The material causes you to slide a bit, Which I have found to be annoying. You'll miss the stability of real leather. By the way, Don't purchase the $55.00 warranty. It only covers Spills, Staining or some tears. No Manufacture defects are covered or from usage. I recently found that the left armrest is deformed and has a sink hole inside the armrest elbow length position

controls do to not sink for comfort and head rest it a joke. Made of tall, Giant people, If your a shorter person it is not one you want to but.

This recliner is so comfortable. It is a little firm. But that helps with my back problem. We spend many hours a week on the recliner. Has a lot of space inside armrest + usb ports. My toddler also love to sit in this recliner. Its been 2 weeks so far and all of us just love it.

My hubby loves his new chair.......lol which was mine to being with,...lol....will buy again soon.
