Quality product
Very good parchment paper and good size sheets. I use them for baking. Sheets are great size for baking fish, creating a tent, and then putting it into aluminum foil. A go-to product for me.

Works as it should
I like it! It’s non-toxic and I appreciate that. I couldn’t get another one because it wasn’t available so I had to get a different brand. Disappointed about that!

Condition of product
This parchment paper is really high quality and I’ve been using this brand for years. Never any issues. I highly recommend it ! 👍🏼

Convenient but Sometimes Wasteful Baking Parchment
I like that the company uses FSC-certified wood pulp to manufacture their parchment. Having baked for over 50 years I'm used to parchment that I can cut to the short or longer length i need. So while it is convenient that the company provides parchment sheets, it is wasteful when I only need a shorter piece. I understand why they coat the paper with silicone, however, in former days, parchment was not coated. Because it has silicone coating, this parchment can not be composed in our municipal composting system. So although the company is doing good by using FSC-certified material, the product goes into landfill. I think they need to go back to the drawing board and re-think how to make their product truly earth-friendly.

Perfect for baking!
I line my baking pans with these parchment sheets and not only do they make cleaning the pans easy, my cakes or brownies come out of the pan completely intact. The parchment paper leaves no residue. I also wrap sandwiches with them.
