It's of great quality and taste and due to my dairy allergies it's the only one I've found that's dairy free and giving me constant results month after month. I make my shake in my blender and the liquid I use is egg whites with fresh berries and almond butter. It mixes great in the blender but I have never tried it in a shaker.
