yes the are sugar free. It's a regular K-cup just unsweetened coconut flavor.

Why is this flavor so expensive? I ordered it before and love it, but I know I didn't pay that much.

If you mean bold as in coconut flavor it's very mild. If you mean bold as in strong coffee flavor it's mild. I really like it and I don't like strong coffee.
