Absolutely spectacular taste and smooth texture.
This is the absolute best cheddar cheese I have ever had! It is very smooth with wonderful flavor, and melts perfectly. Has just the right amount of sharpness to make it taste spectacular. Absolutely worth every penny I paid for it.

I liked this cheddar but did not love it, and for the price of $28.00 expected a far more vibrant sharp cheddar. To its credit, it is far superior to store bought brands, yet the taste just didnt justify the price point.
