Review: happy for no reason and they did not bother my ... - I have been taking these supplements for almost 2 weeks now. The kicker, the first day upon taking 1/2 a caplet with some kefir, within 15 min I could feel them working! I had more sustained, focused, calm energy vs scattered jittery energy and I also felt more upbeat than usual, happy for no reason and they did not bother my stomach either! I have since upped them to 1/2 in am and 1/2 at noon before a meal to help in digestion, my pee still turned bright yellow regardless, which just means that I have utilized all my body needs and the rest filters out through my urine. I have not taken before bedtime as I feel like that would prevent a good nights sleep due to the energy boost you get from them. I have done much research on vitamin B complex and this product is very high quality and really works. Great for all sorts of issues from nervous system problems: circulation/rebuilding neurological pathways to treating M.S by rebuilding myelin sheath, to digestive issues, headaches, depression, anxiety, insomnia, liver detox, complexion: hair, skin & nails, varicose veins, spider veins, immune booster, cell nourishment, blood builder/purifier, metabolism/fat burner, hormone regulator for PCOS & thyroid, anti-inflammatory and much, much more! **Q: since when is "vegetable tablet coating" a legit ingredient? what is it made of?  palm oil (clear cutting last orangutans habitat) & stearic acid?**
A: Our organic vegetable tablet coating does not contain cellulose, corn, gluten, dairy, magnesium stearate or other synthetic aids. It is certified organic and made from a material similar to Pullulan, a fungal-derived fiber polysaccharide created through a traditional fermentation process. It is a light coating that keeps the tablets together but still allows them to be highly digestible once they reach your digestive system. We spent years working to create this very special vegetable coating that would meet organic certification specifications, but also adhere to our principles of whole food nutrition.  Most tablets on the market are covered in some kind of shellac, which is often a synthetic substance or a product derived from beetle secretions. Because we were unwilling to use these ingredients in our products, we had to develop a new process and a new coating to deliver the best possible product for you.

**Q: Does this have cyanocobalamin in it?**
A: Most supplements are made from artificially manufactured "isolated" nutrients, which means there is usually just one single form of vitamin or mineral used for each. For example, for vitamin B12, most supplements companies use the synthetic version of B12 called cyanocobalamin (which is also the cheapest to produce). The type of B12 in our food-matrix vitamins is not one of these isolate forms so it cannot be specifically classified as cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin, hydrocobalamin, etc on the label. It is in the form found in food, with the B12 molecules joined in a "matrix" of other food compounds. B12 found in nature is present in a variety of cobalamin forms (usually bound to small carrier proteins) so this is how it's found in our supplements as well. Your body absorbs it as it would B12 from other natural sources and converts it as necessary to the forms needed by the body. By taking your supplements in food-form, you are mimicking nature's method of whole food nutrition, which we believe to be the best.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best B supplement known on the market to me

This is the best B supplement I can find on the market. There are a few close runner ups that I use when money is tight but this is my favorite. It has a good potency and is made from organic ingredients. One major concern I had when buying b supplements is that the synthetic versions unlike this version can build up and cause fatty liver disease. I avoid all synthetically "enriched" vitamins such as the thiamine mononitrate which is fat soluble. Since I am primarily a vegan and avoid the synthetic "enriched toxic B" I have to supplement to get my daily vitamin B needs met. I have scrutinized the vitamin labels and all the Synergy products are very close to what I am looking for. There are no toxic additives like the cancer causing titanium dioxide or the toxic magnesium stearate. So far as long as the company has the same management and same ingredients I am a loyal fan of their products that are vegan and organic. These vitamins have been a life saver for me and help my brain to have its neurons along with all the benefits so crucial that the b complex has. I am not going to name names but there is another product similar to this sold by another company and it is not as good as the Synergy company[...] It is made by a large manufacturer and priced a little lower however the other product is less potent and dare I say lower quality? Suffice it to say you can't put a price on your health and a few more dollars spent on this high quality product is well worth its weight in gold.
