Use vitamins have been very helpful for my husband. I'm so glad that we found a good product to help with his multiple sclerosis symptoms. But I do want to say that I have gotten two bottles now that have had cracked lids. I will attach a picture. I'm not sure if you can ship them a better way but they do tend to have a problem. I'm just glad it's not the glass bottle.
