You really need to be consistent which I am not. I don’t notice any benefit in the energy department but then again I’m on a tight budget so I take three a day and give my son who is 7 one a day. Enough about me.. fellow moms.. this vitamin helps with milk digestion so I add a capsule so a Kenda Kids shake everyday for my son and it completely wards off the sickies!!! For me, I probably need to ensure I’m using them daily before I can really assess.

These vitamins really made a difference in getting me through the school year. I teach middle school. The probiotics helped with my mental health and the b12 gave me energy as well as keeping me healthy all year long. There’s one thing I cannot stand. The smell. It is nauseating, it’s getting harder and harder to take my vitamins because the smell is so bad. They have not gone bad but they just have a vitamin smell to it. I take four a day my husband takes two. Overall great vitamins

I have tried so many kid vitamins and they all have so much sugar or the less sugar ones taste disgusting. Since our littles aren’t swallowing pills yet, I am using one per day and just having them mix it with some orange juice. Works great and they get a good extra source of nutrients!

I ordered these after doing significant research on vitamins for my 2 boys (9 & 11) and being disappointed with the children's vitamins available....many have fillers, colors, sugars etc which I did not want in my kids' vitamins. These are for the whole family and they contain good amounts of what I wanted. These are very high quality and easy to swallow. We ran out for a week and my 9 year old actually asked when they were coming because he felt such a difference...that really tells me all I need to know. He's never said that about any of the others we've tried, and I've tried many looking for the best quality and best levels I felt were important. My son has battled leukemia since 2013, trust me, I'm picky and have done my homework. These are great!

You get full of energy and it helps if your taking glp-1 ozempic meds for weight loss..it adds to the benefits of your body by giving you more of the nutrients you need making you feel less hungry in addition to the ozempic which means we needed more nutrients and didn't know it. This is actually one that works and is gentle on the stomach. Me and my husband will continue to purchase this product. We take 2 a day and it works great..imagine if you take the recommended 4 a day! Good stuff. Please always keep this in stock and having good quality ingredients!

I received the order on 11 Feb 2024. I was disappointed when I see the expiry date is only until October 2024. I don’t expect to buy something expire soon. Can I have a replacement?
