Update from my previous 1 star review below. Sumerain got back to me and the customer service was great. They sent out a replacement part at no cost before I took it all apart. When taking it apart, I found that the plumber had installed a galvanized steel coupling that was rusting out and it had nothing to do with sumerains product. Changing this to a 5 star review per their customer service. Looks atheistically pleasing, but when turning the water on, the water has a brown/rusty water that comes out of the spout for several seconds. The brown water in the tub must be drained and rinsed out before filling. This gets worse when the tub is not used for a longer amount of time (when we are on vacation for a week). The other day, brown/rusty water came out of the spout for upwards of 10 seconds after coming home from a 9 day vacation... I contacted Sumerian and they stated they had never seen this before but they will test their faucet their (in China I'm guessing) to see if they have the same problem (not a great response). I doubt I will hear back from them. None of the other faucets in my new home do this so I fill confident that there is something in the valve or spout provided that is rusting out or wearing down with the sitting water. Kind of discouraging as a valve is very difficult to replace (have to tear out sheetrock, etc.). It worries me to have my children in the tub not knowing what the brown water is coming from, but I don't have much of an option at this point. I will update if Sumerain is able to figure out what the brown water is coming from and make things right..

I'm very happy with the purchase, looks great, price was good, and it seems to hold up well so far. The only issue is that the round plate, even though big, seems almost too small to cover the rough in valve behind it. Our tile guy installed tiles close to it but we were still left with two small areas/wholes on top of the plate that had to be covered with grout. Otherwise it's a great shower set I would definitely purchase again.

Update: we sent another request to customer service through the Amazon chat feature, they were quickly responsive and sent a replacement faucet part at no cost that is thicker. Installed and seems to be working great now. Original: Faucet broke within 2 months of installation. Customer service hasn’t responded to request for new parts. I love the look of the faucet and the shower head works great but the gold thread in the faucet completely broke off of the wall and we are now unable to use the tub and shower. Super frustrating and cannot reach customer service for help.

It was difficult cutting a square hole in my tub/shower surround. I drilled 4 little pilot holes and used a hand saw to carefully cut as to not crack the surround. Besides that, went in really well. Looks good, and feels like a rainstorm falling down upon me. I even have lower water pressure than most. I definitely like this shower head.

This shower head is a dream! I feel like I’m showering at a fancy hotel. Great water coverage/pressure and sleek design. I bought another matching set without the bath faucet so I could hook up a handheld faucet (that is why you see two valves in the picture).

The tub faucet came scratched, so I had to exchange it. But overall it looked good and heavy. And I'm waiting for my replacement. I brought it UPS to send the box and they charged me 2!!! 2!!! bloody dollars for taping the top part of the box 😂 Who made those calculations and how do they stay in business, in general, is a mystery to me. If it's UPS you always have some issues. 🤦‍♀️😅

I take a long time to complete projects. Currently about halfway through a complete (to the studs) master bath remodel. Install was fine, had to switch from copper to plex adding cost. Aside from that seems to work great. Will update when project is complete Looks great works ok. Not a large thread hold from warm to way to hot. Paint is chipping slightly

This product is far to expensive for the coating to be chipping this amount within 6 months of purchase. I tried to contact the seller to see if I could have a replacement in case it was defective, but they never responded. Edit: They sent me a new faucet, we'll see if it lasts another six months.
