Dreamegg White Noise Machine, Sound Machine for Sleeping Baby, Kids, Adult (D3Pro-Black)

For years, I slept with the Nature Space app playing through my phone at night - the sound quality wasn't great, and my speaker failed on my phone. So, I started using a bluetooth speaker, but sometimes my phone would update and the speaker would lose connection (and tell me so in the middle of the night, ugh) or it would randomly disconnect for whatever reason. So, that wasn't a great solution, either. I wasn’t sure I’d like a sound machine, as I do prefer nature noises to random white noise, womb noises, etc., but this little machine has a few nice nature sounds that sound pretty great coming out of this handy little speaker. The sound quality is much better than expected. I have a previous model of the Dreamegg that has a nightlight - this one does not, but while I did end up using the nightlight on the other, not having it on this model doesn't bother me at all. As far as I can tell, the sounds seem to be the same as on the other model (or mostly the same). The biggest difference, that I think was a very smart move, is that this model has a rechargeable battery, so it can be cordless, which is great! That makes it super handy for travel or simply moving it to another location (meditation, nap on the sofa, or if you have a baby-moving it to a stroller, car, etc). This model also has the controls on the side instead of the top. Not sure I like that as much, but it's not a big deal, really, and most people would probably prefer it, because it looks more like a standard bluetooth speaker. I prefer the white color of my other model (it's just a little prettier), but black is a pretty standard electronics color, so it's all good. :) Overall, Dreamegg always impresses. Great sound quality and a wide variety of noises (although the "Shhhhhhhh" sound is creepy). ha! Very durable as well.

OK so after having and using this product for 3 months I can give my full report on this product. Size: The size of this unit great, when not being used I store it in my center console. It is able to be sat on the center console top and not be a burden when being used, and it is also easy to put in the diaper bag\backpack too. Sound: The sound quality is amazing crisp and clean, and the volume level can easily become too loud which in some cases can be a good thing. It does have a wired headphone jack, kinda useless in my opinion as we use this for our 4 month old. The amount of sound choices available is great something for everyone. Controls: The controls are both great and also could use some changes. The good, the buttons are clearly labeled and easy to push and use. I have not had any "I wonder what this button means\does" situations. The could use some changes, one of two ideas or even both would be fantastic. Back light on the buttons or touch to light and adding a single little bump on all buttons to help with non looking touch would help greatly and also in the night time driving aspect when you don't want to turn on the dome light to adjust the unit. But even with the unit as it is this thing is great. Battery: I live in Southeast Missouri and we received this product in December, this year has been slightly cold lows down to 5-10* daily and cold is not great for batteries. So with that being established here is the test I chose to do I charged it fully and then left it in the truck for use. I use this product 3-4 times a week for anywhere between 15 mins up to and beyond 2 hours at a time. I still have not charged the battery. Whatever this battery is made of need to be powering everything electric and it could possibly even be the same stuff super hero's are made of. Also charging options are both 115V and USB which will be nice for when the battery does finally die. Conclusion: Buy one for every vehicle you own and buy an additional one for the house. You will not regret it if you have a little one\s that needs to here the long contentious soothing sounds to put them to sleep and give you parents a much needed break.

We have 5 of these sound machines and they're absolutely incredible!! We've tried four or five other brands and this one is our favorite! We have 6 kids and have them in every room. We absolutely love the variety of sounds and noises. We love that it has pink and brown noise options and not just white noise! Look into it if you haven't already - pink and brown noise is much better than white! This sound machine can also get a lot louder than other sound machines we've owned which is incredible. Sometimes your neighbors dogs are barking a lot or it's the 4th of July and your neighbors like M80s a little too much and you need a lot of white/pink/brown noise to drown it out. If you have loud, inconsiderate, annoying neighbors, this is the sound machine for you! My favorite feature (which I could not find in any other sound machine) is that you can unplug it and use it on the go without having to put batteries in it. We use these sound machines on roadtrips to get our babies/toddlers to nap in the car and it never fails to put them to sleep and allows them to sleep with all of the other kids making noise. We have been buying this exact sound machine for 18 months now (like I said, we have 5 of them!) and have never had one stop working. To me this is amazing because I had purchased 6-7 machines of another brand and every single one went out after 2 weeks to 3 months of use. No exaggeration. It was absolutely ridiculous. It was the same price point too! A third brand we tried would putter out after several months and although it was a lower price point, it only had four sound options (all white noise, no pink or white). Dreamegg sound machines are truly the golden egg of sound machines! Thank you for making such an amazing, long-lasting and versatile product!

We needed a white noise machine for our toddlers bedroom as we are expecting a newborn. This machine comes with 2 different white noise options and is simple to use. Has a musical sound option as well if needed. Overall, good product.

This is the best white noise machine we've had so far. We've previously been through 5 other sound machines (various brands sold on amazon.sg), but all of them stopped functioning in one way or another after some time. This sound machine is definitely worth its price given its longevity and range of sounds. The white noise works like a charm in helping our baby sleep.

Very good performance

I loved the egg so much I bought this as an upgrade after 1.5 years as this has longer battery life. I have been using it on my daughter since she was 2 months old and I think it trains her to sleep

The sound is crisp and clear, and the battery lasts more than 12 hours. Fantastic buy for baby sleep
