I've used these tests for YEARS on various individuals with spot on results. Given I know what drugs these individuals use, they test positive for the ones they should and negative for those they do not consistently. I will be straight up honest; I give these to friends who are recreational drug users and/or take prescribed medications. There is no deception going; these are friends of mine who are not diluting or otherwise tampering with the urine cups. They are using them to ensure they pass a drug test at a doctor's office or employer drug screening at a lab. Be assured; if you are using these to test an individual that you care about or to see the results before a doctor or lab visit, you will get accurate results. The price is absolutely incredible for the amount of cups that you get, too. I have personally used these with 100% accurate results when I've taken them on the same day as a lab test and so have friends and family. I cannot recommend this product enough.

If you’re using these, I highly suggest making them a supervised test. For experimental purposes, I first filled it with water and it tested negative on everything. Sometimes the temp doesn’t show up.

Item sent was not what was ordered. The company sent a correct replacement, but it was far too late for that round of patient visits. Item is as expected. Just too late.
