Good vibrations...and strong
I have been going to OT for hand therapy after having surgery on my trigger fingers. I have been using this hypersphere and it has worked beautifully. The three vibration levels have been fantastic. It helps break down the scare tissue with its powerful vibrations. It's really been fantastic. I recommend it highly.

Great product!
A great alternative to a massage gun! Really effective at loosening tight muscles and relaxing knots. Convenient size for carrying with you on the go, and a full charge lasts a long time. I learned about the Hyperice sphere from my PT person, and now it’s a part of my pre/post tennis routine.

The smaller size of this ball is easier for smaller (older) hands to use
This is my second purchase. The first was for an older friend. my 84 year old sister liked it so much she wouldnt give it up, so I had to purchase another. I believe they are both being enjoyed. And it is hard to keep older ladies happy. (That last comment will get me in trouble if it gets out)

Not worth the money
If I could give this 0 stars I would. It doesn’t hold a charge long enough to use it for more than 3 minutes then has to be charged again. The price point is very high for something that is basically useless.

I own the hyperice fullsized vibrating ball, and it's wonderful. This one is smaller, but just as rugged and solidly built as full size ball. What's nice about the smaller size is it's more portable, (I travel a lot), but I also find it better for penetrating deeper in the large muscle groups. I can completely recommend it.
