Very tasty if you like seaweed. Very nice quality and healthy (so they say) in bone stock. The leaves expand quite a bit so use sparingly until you get the hang of the expansion. I think this is good value as i get several servings due to the expansion when soaked.

Is not as crunchy as I expected and have a white dust that I thought was mold (but didn't smell like mold) but after research I found that is an amino acid called glutamine that gives the umami flavor. That happens when the seaweed is wild harvested, the more white dust the better. I actually loved the flavor and texture when i regístrate them. I made a delicious miso soup with it.

Very disappointed in this product. It is nothing like that Japanese style Wakame flakes I was expecting, based on the name of this product. The content is not uniform looking at all, and there were some bits of little gritty that could’ve been pieces of shell or send. The smell is quite pungent.

We enjoy adding this wakame to our miso soups and ramen noodles. This product always tastes fresh and has an apparent hint of the ocean. We like it and have bought it several times.

Its lower quality than the sushi wraps. Tastes fine.

This product is very healthy, yummy, and a great find. This will be my go to for Wakame, I love it!

Excellent for miso soup very good

I had subscribed to this but when it arrived, I only used it once and still the soup didn't turn out well. I was looking for a lighter seaweed like in the sushi bars miso soup. I went to cancel my subscription but couldn't find it anywhere near my other subscriptions where it was suppose to be, so I figured I must have previously canceled it. Then I got another package. I didn't appreciate the company sneaking this one pass me bc these bags aren't cheap.They come from off the coast of Maine so that was a plus. So Im stuck with two full bags. Maybe I'll find a use for them? Yesterday I finally I saw seaweed along with my other subscriptions so I canceled it. It had never shown there before. Annoying!
