we've installed this in November so early reviews are that it's okay but... once it gets more action I don't think it anchors well, there gotta be a base plate for the red clay to hold it down vertically. Kids put so much pressure on it horizontally that it just ain't designed for. Cool when it showed up and I'll likely use the top rubber for a homemade model
