Good quality steel
Love this knife for simple cooking tasks. Lightweight yet durable. Japanese quality of steel is one of the best ones. Definitely would trust this brand for other models of knives

Cheap handle, but super sharp.
I believe this knife would be a great workhorse if the handle was just a touch better material. The pins you see are actually made of plastic, and the quality of the plastic handle itself feels like a toy. Almost feels like a disservice to the metal blade itself to be honest.

Makes cutting anything a joy.
I didn't realize how much work I was putting into cutting things -- like an 8-ounce package of bacon before placing it into the air fryer. Using this, cutting bacon is effortless. I had no idea my life needed this knife.

Not Sharp!
This knife could not possibly have been any duller when it arrived. I can run my finger down the blade edge and it won't cut me. I may try to sharpen it, but I shouldn't have to do that to a new knife. The handle and blade seem well made, but nothing overcomes that it is so dull. I'm probably returning it.
