It smells incredible ,it has a floral and metallic scent

I ordered this expensive parfum after reading a fashion magazine's list of the top 5 sensual scents. I was excited to try something new - especially after reading the description! Well unfortunately for me, the sensual scent was not for me...I had to throw out the bottle after wearing it only twice. (I wore it the second time just to make sure) I woke up in the middle of the night smelling it - even after I'd showered. SECRETIONS MAGNIFIQUES (wow, even the name sounds sensual - especially if you try to add a french accent) carried just the wrong notes and concentration for me. Get a sample first before spending your big bucks on this one - the company I ordered from sent me many samples and are happy to do so...maybe if I spoke French it would have smelled different?

Smells nothing like people say it does. Lightly sweaty, lightly metallic, an very human smell. It also has what seem to be floral and sweet hints. Got multiple compliments on how great it smells. Do not let the other reviews deceive you. Etat Libre d'Orange wouldn't be making it if it people weren't buying it.

Despite the one reviewer's 1-star rating, this cologne actually smells great. I was hesitant to buy it when I read the review, but I am happy to report that mine arrived today and I tried it right off. I don't have a nose for fragrances to tell you there are notes of this or that. I think overall it has a citrus smell, but in a more earthy combination than usual, so it doesn't really smell sweet. For a man's cologne, that is perfect, because I really hate sweet smells on men. Not musky either. It is hard to describe, but I will wear this daily.

The smell is made to provoke, rather than seduce, hence its name - magnificent secretions (body discharge). That is not a glamorous name haha. It’s supposed to smell like blood, sweat, saliva, semen etc.

If I could give this item less than one star I would. There is no way that the first thought of human byproducts that we associate as natural, should come out, purely as spoiled milk in a metallic can. Absolutely would not try to blind by this at all and could never bring this to be sprayed on my skin.

Dieses edle Sprüherlebnis ist nur etwas für wirklich Hartgesottene. Wer einen Scheidungsgrund oder einen Einzelsitz in der U-Bahn benötigt dem kann ich diesen Duft nur wärmstens empfehlen. In meiner nunmehr über 20 Jahre währenden Parfumkarriere habe ich schon einige wirklich krasse Düfte durch meine Vibrissae strömen lassen dürfen. Aber was einem hier geboten wird hat schon echt das Prädikat "Kotzgrenze" verdient. Wer es richtig krachen lassen will, dem empfehle ich bis zum Sommer, und dann 30 Grad plus, zu warten. Auf alle pulsierenden Körperpartien NICHT sparsam aufsprühen und dann ab ins Großraumbüro. Die Kündigung dürfte noch vor der Frühstückspause auf dem Tisch liegen!
