Kabatilo Freekeh Roasted Green Wheat Coarse 500g

A very good product. However when I tried to reorder it was not available!!!Why is that?

I had never tried this product before but someone told me how healthy it was for you, so I purchased it here.This is green wheat berries and you prepare it with either water or better still chicken broth which I did. I googled for recipes to learn how to prepare it as a side dish. There is a recipe on the box to make it with chicken but so far I haven't tried that one.If you like taboulli, you'll like this. Also, green wheat is supposed to be better for you.

FREEKAH IS UTTERLY DELICIOUS. IN THE MIDDLE EAST IT IS OFTEN USED IN SOUP. BUT ITS SMOKY, NUTTY FLAVOR HELPS MAKE IT A FABULOUS SIDE DISH. ADD CURRANTS, FOR EXAMPLE, AND SAUTEED ONIONS. MMMMM
