First one arrived, didn't work at all. Nothing. No flicker of the display. No green lights flashing. Charge HR was still dead after 3 hours on the charger. Tried with multiple USB plugs, tried adjusting the connection. Nothing. Replacement unit had the exact same results. So having now wasted a week, I coughed up the $20 + shipping Fitbit seems to think their $2 cable is worth and miraculously my Charge HR is back in action.So the moral of the story is stay away. It's hard to believe that 2 cables were "defective" in the exact same way. And all these "positive reviews"? Yeah... I'm sure.
