Awesome little karaoke machine with it own carrying case for going to a friends place or anywhere else. Easy to set up! This item is just as described and the quality so far has been great. I only had one small issue where only one mic would work and I messaged them, my time, at 11:45PM and they responded right away and was able to get on a call and resolve my issue. Both mics were configured for Mic B and the other needed to be set to Mic A. Overall, a great little karaoke machines that is lots of fun with friends.

The karaoke is nice, it gives you a free subscription for one year with a lot of modern songs - the sound is good - the scoring system it is not 100% accurate but we do it just for fun. The best about getting this product is the support given by Kevin - one of the microphones was not working correctly and he immediately sent us a new one. ( I ended up buying from him two extra microphones). I will recommend this vendor (Kevin) and the karaoke

I had this magic sing for a long time and still working good. And the sound is still good. I enjoy myself singing on my magic sing anytime.

It’s well made unit but the downside is it’s too expensive and u have to subscribe online to really enjoy it or else u will just get what they have stored. Even though it comes with free 1yrs subscription after will cost $80 for now. Most of the song I like is on the subscription list. I wish they’ll just let u have it lower price atleast or just have if free access since it’s already the most expensive karaoke.

Easy to set-up but I wish the microphones are rechargeable and the song book is not hard cover and easy to tear up. Most of the songs are old. We use youtube most of the time because of the new songs that my Kids like to sing are not in the song book and not even in the magic sing app with 200K songs you would think most of the songs are there and it's 2020 edition!

Amazon have different sellers that sells the same karaoke but we decided to get this one instead based on the reviews . Other seller have only 15 reviews and this one has 300 plus , and we are glad that we did ! First of all seller his name is Kevin is awesome ! Very helpful and no matter what time I call him he response quickly .I Almost return this product because the sounds was delay but after contacting Kevin he instructed me step by step of what I needed to do .I needed to get a speaker and he recommended a speaker w/ amplifier and that solved it ! Now we are enjoying the karaoke also the magic App is great its got some updated songs that my little daughter likes to sing for example frozen . I am very pleased by the way sellers customer service if it wasn’t for his ( Kevin ) help I would’ve return the product . Some seller sell the karaoke for 25 dollars cheaper but if you will read their reviews the buyers number one complain is the seller bad customer service , so we’re glad we chose this one coz the customer service is great ! We are still learning a lot about this karaoke and Kevin is always available to answer our questions.

1 year subscription works!! So many songs!! Works well enough but it doesn't have the small features I like from my 15+ year old magic sing. The clicks aren't as responsive (sometimes presses don't register) and you have to finish a song to get a score. My old one, even if you end a bit early, you still get a score. Nonetheless, this is a very good product. You can select songs via the app or even use the mic to select songs so button presses aren't that necessary. Service from the seller very helpful too

Unit was easy to install, no issue connecting to my home WiFi, and sound quality is great as long as you connect HDMI to your sound system/receiver and not directly to your TV. Unit came with hundreds of classic hit songs. I did have trouble redeeming free annual subscription to get access to new songs because of the company’s website not accepting code from the included card; however, issues were quickly resolved by Kevin (seller). I recommend Karaoke Center for their great service!

Good entertaining appliance, my kids always sings and enjoyed every minute of it.

There is a delay from the mic. So it is really not usable. How can I return this and get a refund? Read the attached document and found the work around.
