At a hardware store. Maybe Home Depot or Lowe’s or Ace. Make sure that they are heavy duty to hold the weight and that they are the right size to screw into the holes on the bottom of the frame.

Can you secure another pair of racks on the other side of the upright in order to fit 3 kayaks?

can you add wheels to bottom of feet ?

The feet screw into pre-drilled holes. I think you could replace them with wheels.

Can the rack be rolled on rock and grass, as a carrier to our vehicle from behind our house? As we're aging and this would be so handy.

We have only used it to roll around the garage and driveway. I’m not sure how the wheels will handle uneven surfaces or for how long.
