I fell in love with this milky toner after reading reviews about it. The reviews were right. This toner is very hydrating and it feels silky on the skin leaving it soft and subtle. This toner is now a permanent part of my skincare routine. Shipping time was excellent.

I'm so happy I finally bought this! I bought it on sale and it came out to a little over 15 bucks and you get 16.9 oz! I have dry skin and sometimes can be sensitive and reactionary. I'm always looking to add hydration back to my skin but without having to use or buy or even spend money on another hydrating serum, rather spend it on my retinol or other actives. This adds soo much hydration back to my skin after washing my face without feeling sticky or tacky. I've noticed a difference in just a few days, with my face looking more dewy and supple, lol- I guess is the right word?! It has great hydrating ingredients and other good ingredients for sensitive skin. I have so many toners and my hydrating ones weren't really doing it for me and kept having to search for one and I finally found it. Besides my exfoliating one by some by mi (the green one) I really don't see me using my other one now. My cerave one isn't bad but can feel a little tacky and greasy, the cosrx propolis one I was surprised that I didn't like it since I loveee their ampoule- wasn't that hydrating for me, maybe better for summer months and then I have the hyaluronic black rice toner from haruharu - for the price you only get 5ozs it's not that good for me to justify buying it- which again I was shocked because people raved about it for dry skin! I will say it's not bad at all! but for the price and ounces you're getting, it's not worth it. I didn't think it was that hydrating. This is why I'm saying this is soo worth it, even at full price I would get the 10oz one if it's not on sale bc it has a pump! This one doesn't but I'll probably buy a bottle on here to put it in, especially for travel or overnights. I'm thinking of also even adding it to a mist spray bottle I have and use it like I use my cosrx ceramide mist - which I love.. ceramides just do it for me and my skin!!! But it it's worth it and you will not need any other toner except for an exfoliating one. I was wanting to try the some by mi beta panthenol one- I still might if it goes on sale but I noticed milky toners are probably the best for my skin type! I only ever write reviews if I love it and I would spend my own money on the product! Usually I wait to see the effect it has on my skin after using it for few weeks but I didn't need to with this. I have combination skin that can get extremely oily thanks to my skin overproducing oil to try to fix the dehydration. But I also get extreme dry patches, especially in winter but also in summertime too. Unfortunately I'm also very acne prone, so I have to use salicylic acid cleansers to deal with that which makes the dehydration worse. My skin is also quite sensitive. I've tried different moisturizers, but I have to use oil-free moisturizers thanks to my acne, and none of the ones I tried were occlusive enough to cure my dry spots. So I thought "maybe a toner will help" since that should be lightweight enough for my skin. I was really skeptical that just adding a toner would fix the problem, but I did my research. I found out that Korean beauty products are some of the best for sensitive, dry skin, and then I found out about Tony Moly toners on a forum. I was so surprised at how much of a value this was, even tho it's more money to spend up front. I couldn't be happier!! My skin is so soft and this doesn't break me out. It has a light, natural citrusy smell, but it doesn't irritate my skin at all. My dry patches are COMPLETELY gone, and my skin isn't overly oily anymore since it's no longer dehydrated. I currently only use one layer of this at night since it's summer and I don't need a lot of extra help right now. But I'm sure a couple of layers morning and night - paired with extra moisturizer - will work just fine in winter! Please do yourself a favor and try this!

After using this for a week, I ran to review this product! It is freaking amazing! Creamy, milky and so moisturizing and nourishing… all at a fabulous price! I am so glad I found this product and have added it to my skin care routine, because it really does impart glass skin

I love a good hydrating toner, and this one did not disappoint. It is milky and fairly thick, And it layers nicely over my Round Lab Dodku toner. It makes my skin feel supple and nourished. This also works great under makeup: no pilling or clumping. It can provide a nice base hydration before serums/moisturizer/spf. The scent is also quite light. I am someone sensitive to fragrances skincare, and this causes me no issues- I actually like it a lot. The amount you get for the price is also a big plus! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there are other milky timers I like a little more than this one (especially Tirtir Milk Skin and I’m From Rice Toner). But this is a great value and good, solid product. Highly recommend.

Me funcionó de maravilla. Mi piel se siente muy humectada y su apariencia cambió a los dos días de uso en mañana y noche. Los poros abiertos han disminuido bastante y se ve saludable con un tono uniforme natural, especialmente para el otoño-invierno va genial para pieles mixtas. Definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.

I like its texture and value for money. However, northing really special hence 4stars.

Malheureusement ce toner ne m'a pas réussi du tout 3 utilisations et il a fait pire que mieux irritations rougeurs et ma peau qui me brûle atrocement je l'ai acheté car je voulais restaurer ma barrière cutanée vu qu'il contient des ceramides mais c'est un échec total , sous le maquillage la dernière utilisation il m'a piqué toute la journée j'ai ressenti un inconfort et le soir lorsque j'ai voulu me démaquiller avec le frottement du coton ma peau est devenue rouge vif comme si j'avais pris un coup de soleil j'ai du réparer ça avec de la cold cream !

Perfect so far! It has been 2-3 weeks and it does its job for the harsh dry winters in scandanavia!
