Worked well in the recipe
Used the harissa with yoghurt and beetroot as a side dish and it stood up to the test and added the necessary fire . There is quite a lot in the tin, more than will normally be needed for most recipes, so some is stored in a plastic container in the fridge waiting for my next harissa dish.

Big tin, flavour great and popped rest of it into ice cube moulds and froze it. Then you can just take quantity you need for recipe.
