It’s not a bad brush, but you have to be used to it

Product is made with cheap plastic. Comb is top heavy and has thick plastic claws that pulls hair straight out. Those that gave 5 stars and says 2 inconsequential words; like; “works great”, are lying. The bristles does nothing with static electricity. I get better results with a simple flat comb. Plus the return process is a scam. Return item to a nonexistent address. Then offers you pennies on the dollar for a piece of trash to not return to them TO CHINA. Do not buy! Not worth it.

I really think it depends on what type of hair you are working with and of course wether wet or dry. I see a lot of comments about it pulling hair out, and it didn’t do that for us, my son has tons of coils but hair is smooth and not rigid. I personally will never use the bristled side as that will pull his hair. But the white toothy side is perfect for separating curls and the long pointy end is great for wrapping hair and separating hair at the scalp. It is plastic but seems well enough put together.

Definitely not user-friendly for really curly hair. If you have a wavy hair, it’s great but for a really curly hair not so much.

I bought this brush because I like a little poof on the back of my head. I thought it would work, but it doesn’t really hold. It is made well and is very sturdy. It might not be the brush it might just be me & that I need to practice which I will be doing
