Putting it together was a little tedious but took about 45 minutes to actually assemble. Now that I have it in the truck I don't think I'll ever have a truck that doesn't have one of these. The thing is very sturdy and well made. Doesn't look like those OTHER stands you see on desertcart. It does take a little space away from your passenger, but nothing too much. High quality and holds up my Panasonic toughbook with ease. Only problem I have was some of the nuts for the screw given to you would not work and was not threading correctly.
