I don't think it filled to the complete 60 inches before popping, but it was close enough that i can't complain. The kids loved it. ### ⭐ Poor quality; waste of time and money *by J***R on September 4, 2017* Complete waste of time and money. This balloon expanded to less than 3 feet in diameter before it broke. I was filling it slowly and had cleaned the area of any debris and put a tarp down beforehand to prevent any punctures. When the balloon was inflated to about 2 feet in diameter, small light spots could be seen on the balloon that were thinner and weaker spots in the rubber.
