I bought this product to regrow cartilage in the hip and knee joints. It was a top pick of consumer lab. I've gone thru one package and bought another. The second package was different than the first. The company said they made a change. The first package had a plastic scoop and said to use two cups. The second package didn't have a scoop and said to use 4 teaspoons per serving. They are using more powder for the same 11 mg of collagen. I don't know the reason for this. .

Easy to use. Dissolves easily and is tasteless. Mix it with yogurt and cereal.

After reading the studies on the components of this product, I have taken it daily for 3 months for Achilles tendinosis and knee pain, and today is the last day I will be taking it. I am a 71yo relatively high-level distance runner; my tendinosis has got somewhat better, but I suspect this is more from an appropriate physical therapy program and rest; my knee and other joint pains are no better at all. If things take a turn for the worse over the coming weeks I may restart it, but to be honest it is pretty impossible for one person to know if improvements are due to a product or just due to the passage of time or other changes they are making. Otherwise - it dissolves well; seems to be flavorless, but I dislike the smell (so I take it each morning in a travel mug of coffee, so I hardly smell it when I drink it)

After using this produce daily for 3 weeks my long time consistent early morning low back pain and stiffness have stopped. I am walking and moving normally again all day long; not restricted, painful, and stiff. The best results for my low back pain and stiffness I have ever felt. I feel like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz movie who got more oil on his joints to get moving again. I am very pleased and will definitely continue to use.

It has substiture sugar, Stevia, in it if you are allergic to the ingredients in it. Too soon to tell if it is helping.
