A: Always on the left .Though you have not asked may I also emphasise the outstanding sound quality ,much better than other much more expensive headsets by the same company or others .I am a conference interpreter :this one is by far my favourite .Hope it helps .

**Q: Does the wire make a crackling noise or noise of any kind when you move? This is the case with some wired headphones so just wanted to check.**
A: No, no crackling or unwanted noise when moving the cable. Just good quality sound.

**Q: Can you buy the 2 Sponge -like circular items which are about 3 cm in diameter and which fit next to the ear?**
