A Nice Nutritional Yeast
I have been using Bragg Nutritional Yeast for some time now. I used to get the 4.5 oz container. Then I switched to the 12 oz bag. The flavor in the bag tasted quite different. Not a BAD taste, but not what I was used to. After doing my research I decided to try this brand because of the positive reviews. AND it’s cheaper. I like the taste of this. I only use it in my homemade soups. It’s not as strong a cheesy taste as the Bragg kind, but I like it just fine, and will continue to purchase this in the future (provided the price doesn’t go up). I WOULD recommend this.

Why didn't I try this before?!!
Years ago when I heard about nutritional yeast, the first thing that came to mind was that only health nuts used this stuff. RONG! After reading about it in Dr. Greger's book, I knew I had to try it. I am so glad I did. They have a pleasant taste and I've begun using them on all kinds of foods to enhance their flavor and healthfulness. I can't wait to try on popcorn instead of butter. They were definitely a good purchase and will continue to buy as the supply runs out (the bag is large and should last quite a while).

Excellent quality, freshness and flavor. I just wish it was actually flakes
I love Nutritional Yeast and this appears high quality. It is very flavorful! I use it on my pop corn. I toss with a drizzle of virgin olive oil, and then add this so that it sticks. The same for pasta, with a little kosher salt, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. I just wish it was actually flakes, as described, but it is more powder like. So, only 4/5 stars I keep it well sealed in the freezer.
