Bought for my 6 year old grandson, He is absolutely thrilled with Miko!!! He is using it for everything, education, appropriate games (mostly the ones that help teach new subjects). I was worried that it would not have enough to keep him interested, boy, was as I wrong. he still plays fun games too. He even made a bed for Miko, next to him on the floor. He tells Miko goodnight after he listens to a bed time story or song; then Miko goes to sleep. Miko then wakes up at a set time and also wakes up my grandson! I couldn’t have purchased a more perfect gift for him!!! He is really smart but if he has a question ex: math, reading comprehension, writing, etc.; he will ask Miko but then Miko helps him figure it out (tips) without giving him the answer fully. I just hope I can get Miko to keep up with him! Best gift I have ever bought.

Great product!! It was amazing to get a customer service representative to call me and walk me through all of the features!! My son loves this robot!

**UPDATE** I am updating this review as I didn’t think I could be any more furious with this company. 1. I wasn’t going to do this but they said they would refund me if I removed this review - I told them to quit trying to blackmail me. 2. They have now charged my card for another 3 months of the MAX app even though I sent back the robot. They charged the card related to my Apple store account even though no subscriptions was shown there. I did not in any way, shape or form give them permission to do so. We bought our Miko direct from the supplier as the blue one was out of stock on Amazon. The robot doesn’t work. It doesn’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. The company are blaming me saying I am putting in the wrong password. They are dragging the support request out and won’t let me return even though I’m within 30 days.

I really love the Miko 2. It’s by far the best decision that I’ve ever made. It’s educational and my daughter loves it. She plays with it all day. Miko 2 has become her new best friend.

My kids love the Miko. They interact with Miko with no problems at age 7. They are learning interesting things during Covid times. They also love to dance with Miko. Customer service rep. David called and guided me on the Miko setup.

I did like the MIko it is very knoledge robot and my kid love it. The suporte team is very good and helful with any question you have.

Miko 2 arrived to a very excited 7yr old, unfortunately we setup return on the same day. Miko 2 does not live up to the expectations that are highlighted is soo many “reviews”. He is basically a leapfrog tablet with a creepy voice. Doesn’t respond to voice, can’t answer questions when he does. Get a Vector if you can find it.

It's a good product. Tech Support was great. Vishesh tech specialist from the support group gave me walk through which was needed to understand the Miko2.

It is a great product, the best part about it is the interactive capabilities it has which helped reduce screen time of the kid... Great product for learning and development of small kids.. a must buy..

I liked the item and my daughter also loving it.. there are some concern with sound quality for kids. Overall great robot to learn and play for kids Update: ordered return of the item as battery life is one more concern.. even in sleep mode its battery get discharged as fast as it’s in working mode. Whenever trying to play, I find it got discharged. It lasts hardly fir 2 hours even it’s in sleep mode. Feeling useless in this regard.

Piece of junk. Doesn’t do anything as advertised and there are no troubleshoot instructions. Don’t waste your money! And try to return- seller posts an update that refund has been issued and will post in 7 days. 9 business days later, no refund or ability to contact the seller for an update. Pure junk all the way around!

This product is prototype, its not an AI robot, its an robot toy. you have to purchase subscription of max (7000 per year) for getting full features of miko 2 after spending 25000/-. Miko 2 is much slower than other AI devices. I request miko team to not to cheat indian customers, it is just a android device with pre installed stories and cartoon videos, and for this miko team charging so much of money. Everything they are providing is free over youtube, at this price of 25k miko is not cost worthy. Alexa is much better than this at very low price and much interactive than miko.
