Not a powerful enough machine even for home use with its 1.5 HP motor.
I needed to turn ground beef into a paste to make beef balls. My Cuisinart kept overheating when processing 1kg. of ground beef. I then borrowed this Robot Coupe R 301 Ultra with high expectation that its 1.5 HP motor could do the job on 1 kg. of grounded beef shank into a fine paste. Well, it could not handle the load and its internal safety switch kept switching the motor on and off. At this price point, it is a real disappointment and a non-performer.
