Like others have pointed out, the hardware is very stout. That was nice to see when I opened the box. I likely won't be the one riding the swing, but I've got comfort knowing whoever does won't wind up their rear. A small squeak set in, but nothing a little lubricant couldn't resolve. That's normal for a design like this. Great product. PS. For the DIY'ers out there, you need to understand what you are attaching these to. Don't trust what's behind that soffit. Remove some of it so you can see.

Very nice very sturdy perfect for hanging a porch swing off of a deck

Heavy duty product. The pieces were bigger and thicker than expected. However, they began to squeak almost immediately. Including a grease seems like a no-brainer if that's the case. It's still worth the cost for this high quality product but the lubricant is a hidden cost I would expect the manufacturer to cover. A small dab is likely all that's needed but I don't believe such quantities are sold so I will end up spending more than necessary. Solid 4 stars.
