Pamela's Products Gluten Free Figgies and Jammies Cookies, Mission Fig, 9 Oz (Pack of 1)

I have purchased these fig bars in the past but this is the first time I've taken a moment to write a review! The bars are large and the fig filling is such a favorite of mine. It's a nice sweet treat and helps me stay on a GF diet. I will say, however, that my friends who are not GF enjoy them too!

Very tasty! The fig filling is amazingly good. Best I've ever had. The outer crust is just right; not dry and not a wet mess. These are soft. I give these 10 stars and will buy again. Each one is roughly 1.75in x 2.375in

These have just become my new favorite snack - I go through snack addictions lol. Gluten free fig cookies, imagine? They're delicious, not dry at all, excellent quality and taste, the texture is that of Fig Newtons, no difference other than these taste better, and they're larger than the other types of Fig Newtons! Nicely filling without feeling too full - and again Gluten Free!!! They aren't too expensive, aren't too cheap, somewhere in the middle, but the size and taste are worth it.

Delicious and gluten-free the best. Flavor is delicious. Pamela’s gluten free fig cookies. The best.

These "figgies" are as delectable as what I envision Ted Lasso's daily homemade biscuits to be. These are so fluffy and flavorful. I ran out a week ago and I am here in this review wishing I had more. I have had a few other fig bars/cookies/bites (at lower price points) and these definitely stood out as the best. A word of advice would be to be certain that you seal these up properly after each snacking session. I found that they are not quite as good if they start to become a bit more on the stale side. The package unfortunately is not resealable and will require a plastic bag for storage once opened. At the price point and given that there are just 10 pieces, these are almost better suited to be a slightly fanciful casual gift you could give to someone as a thanks or even bring to a small work office in the morning. They are too good to keep in the house. (I'ma do it anyway).

Cookies would have been fine, if they were properly packaged. Most were broken and crumbled. Gluten free crumbles easily anyway. Very dissatisfied they were not one piece. They tasted great. Wish they were not in pieces.
