Stable cutting surface
Very good, stable, heavy enough to not move when cutting. Good grippy feet that don’t fall off even after dozens of washes.

Wanted something not plastic to keep microplastics out of the environment. Also wanted something thin and light so a regular butcher block is too thick and heavy. Works well, have three different sizes for different tasks. Easy to clean.

Seit Juli 2021 verwende ich das Schneidebrett. Es wird manchmal im Geschirrspüler gewaschen, meistens aber mit der Hand. Jedes mal beim Abwischen wird der feuchte Putzlappen schwarz. Zwar ist das Brett aus gepressten Holzresten, dabei sind aber auch andere Stoffe. Ich weiß nicht was man so zu sich nimmt... Beim Schneiden bleiben auf dem Brett jedes mal Spuren vom Messer...
