Seems like a quality product but it does NOT include oil despite "oil" being in the title of the product. Amazon's virtual assistant Rufus claims that the product comes with oil but the one I ordered didn't. So, I returned it and ordered a replacement but it too did not come with any oil. The directions for use in the package show how to put oil in the cutter but there's no oil. I also contacted Bohle who blandly replied it wasn't their problem because I bought it from Amazon. They didn't even address whether it should have come with oil. "Not my job" eh? So, beware. The real price of the cutter is about 30% higher than what is posted because you have to buy oil separately for about $12.00 USD.

As someone who cuts glass for a living, I can say this isn't that great. Maybe I got a bad one, but the tc-17s seem to be a lot better. I had high hopes for this cutter, and generally like Bohl. The weight is nice. The curvature for your finger is nice. The cutting wheel is sub-par. I'm open to changing this review if warranted after breaking it in more.

If you take care of this tiny impressive tool, it can work for years and years to come It is the best brand I have tried , a bit pricy but I’m happy with the purchase

Ich hatte das Problem farbigen gewalzten Scheiben die bereits auf 10x10cm zugeschnitten waren auf ein 9x9 cm Format zu bringen. Also auf zwei Seiten jeweils 1 cm abschneiden. Hat super funktioniert. Ich habe in den Schneider hinten etwas Ballistol Öl gesprüht, die Glasplatte auf ein kariertes Papier mit 5x5 mm Raster gelegt, Ein gerades Stückchen Holz hinten mit Moosgummi beklebt und es als seitlichen Anschlag für den Glasschneider benutzt. Im passenden Abstand angelegt und mit dem Glasschneider einmal entlang gezogen. Perfektes Geräusch und ein kleiner Ritz auf der gesamten Länge. Dann habe ich die Glasscheibe umgedreht und in der Hand gehalten und auf der Rückseite des Risses mit dem Ende dem halbkugeligen Ende des Glasschneiders an dem Riss entlang geklopft. Dabei sieht man wie der Riss tiefer wird und am Ende nach vielleicht 20 Mal klopfen fällt der 1 cm breite Streifen von selbst ab. Ich habe damit 4 Scheiben zurechtgeschnitten (8x 1cm ) und bei jeder Scheibe ein perfektes Ergebnis bekommen. Daher uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne. Schade ist nur dass kein Innensechskantschlüssel zum Schneidkopfwechsel dabei war. Könnte vielleicht bei dem Preis beigelegt werden
