Our roof had leaked in a few places and stained some tiles and replacements were needed. After ordering a ten pack of the wrong tile and having to ship them back at my expense, customer service was very helpful in finding the correct pattern tile. They are an exact match of the 33 year old tiles I have. The new tiles are great and customer service was excellent.

Needed these for work. I had to go off pictures and it was spot on. Same thickness and material as we already had. Had them installed in less than 10 minutes. Had to cut a whole for the sprinkler system but a hole saw made short work of it. These should last as long as we're in the building.
