We originally had an EZUp which we found quickly could not survive in wind and rain. The water pooled on the top and got so heavy, had to pull holes to drain it out. Then the wind came and pulled it right out of the ground and threw it 10 feet in a crumbled mess. Did a lot of research online and found this cover. It was 15 pounds heavier than the last one and appeared to have great construction. Ordered it and set up was easy. It has survived several rainstorms and wind storms and it is still in perfect condition. Water does not pool on the top.Would not hesitate to buy this again over any other like size.

The canopy is of good quality for the price, nice carry bag, instructions, spare nuts and bolts, stakes, straps and weight bags. Read the instructions and know the limitations of this canopy. Watch the video and know how to put it up and take it down. Don't long term store with the top on (its easy to put on and off). Its not made to leave up long term. Strong winds will trash any canopy (if the wind picks up take it down, you can do it in a couple of minutes) Eurmax and other manufacturers offers heavier duty models at a higher price if you need something sturdier (and heavier). For my use, short term events and recreation, it's exactly what I was looking for. I put this up and down by myself without issue.

This year, for our community beach 4th of July celebration party, we used the new tent for the first time. We served hot dogs, chips, watermelons, water/sodas, and candy for the kids. In the past years used 2 10x10 tents witch were hard to join together as one had a straight leg and the other had an angled leg and people used to trip over those legs or over the anchor lines as it would stick out alot. This one is perfect. It was really easy to set up with only 3 guys. There are no gaps on the canopy like we used to have, and it easily fit 3-8ft tables. All the volunteers were able to be in the shade. Also the bag has a aluminium bracket at the bottom with wheels that makes it easy to drag around.

I own a 10x20 EZUP that cost me 1500 dollars so I up tried this EURMAX at 400 dollars just to see the difference..I will never buy another EZUP after buying this EURMAX. It was super easy to set up just by one person and was very sturdy even as a storm approached. The canopy passes all fire marshal certifications so it can be used at major events and indoors. The frame was not as strong as the EZUP but is strong enough for any normal use. Also the EURMAX canopy was more water resistant than EZUP.

The Euromax canopy is well built and beefy. Everything about this product exudes quality. It’s clearly of a commercial grade far beyond some of the cheapies on the market. The gauge of the aluminum frame makes the structure good and sturdy and I much prefer the straight (vs. slanted) legs. Truly, you get what you pay for. I don’t expect to have to but it’s nice to know you can also get spare parts from the manufacturer as well if need be. It’s not the easiest canopy to raise but as you move up the learning curve it gets easier. The big test of this baby will be when I use it at the Coachella music festival where the winds can be brutal. Plans are to stake it and use the accompanying leg sand bags to weight it down. Don’t waste your money on a cheaper model....you’ll just end up coming back to this one eventually.

I like the durability of the tent, although it is quite heavy since I have to put it up alone. My only complaint is Euramax doesn't sell mesh sidewalls for the 8x12. That makes no sense to me since there is velcro for sidewalls on the tent. I rigged up some magic mesh screens for mine but the fit isn't as perfect as I'd like. Please consider mesh sidewalls.

I have a wedding going on her at my home and land. We have 2 large Commercial!!! Tents being put up. The canopy is probably 5-6 times thicker and more durable. This canopy is no better than your everyday soccer sideline canopy. Very thin. Not a tight fit either. I would not buy this again. I needed COMMERCIAL!!! Just an update as I return this: we literally put the metal frame up, and then the next day we put on the canopy. And there literally was no wind of any sort, but one of the sides seams was completely torn at the seam. Almost as if there had not been enough thread or whatever the hell they use to put this together. I wanna say this one more time: this is not commercial quality and I resent Amazon allowing them to use this word! This is getting really old with some of the products that come out of this place.

Great canopy at a very reasonable price. The carrying case is the perfect size. I don't have to struggle to get the canopy back in it at all. everything is very sturdy and well made. It's supper easy to setup with 2 people and I can also get it setup by myself without issue. I love that the case has roller wheels attached. It makes transporting it to and from a breeze. This is my second Eurmax canopy. My first one is over 5 yrs old with dozens of uses per year, some events have been extremely winded and it held up great. The frame and canopy are still like new.
